Terms of use
The ground rules for using this website. Project work is covered by a separate written agreement; these terms cover the site itself and the contact form.

01Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of aceddev.com (the “Site”), which is operated by ACED LLC (“ACED,” “we,” “us”), a limited liability company based in Springfield, Missouri. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms apply to the Site only. Our software products are each governed by their own terms of service, published on that product’s site or app listing. Any consulting or development work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, and in the event of a conflict that agreement controls.
02Use of the Site
You may browse the Site and use the contact form to get in touch with us about a project. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- send spam, automated submissions, or content that is abusive, deceptive, or malicious;
- probe, scan, or attempt to interfere with the Site, its hosting, or the form handler;
- scrape or copy the Site’s content for republication without our permission;
- misrepresent who you are or who you work for when contacting us.
We may limit or block access to the Site for anyone who violates these terms.
03Contact form submissions
Information you send through the contact form is handled as described in our privacy policy. By submitting the form you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it with us.
Submitting the form does not create a client relationship, an engagement, or any obligation on our part. A project begins only when both of us sign a written agreement. Please do not send trade secrets or confidential information through the form; if a project calls for confidentiality, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first.
We aim to reply within one business day but cannot guarantee a response time, and we may decline any inquiry at our discretion.
04Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the ACED wordmark, are owned by ACED LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute its content, or use our name or logos, without our written permission.
Product names such as KoalifyHQ, VA Claim Net, eSign Center, Groundwork, and Chore Lock are trademarks of ACED LLC. Other names mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.
05Links to other sites
The Site links to our product sites and may link to other third-party sites. We are responsible for the sites we operate. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of sites we do not operate, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
06Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it accurate and online, but we make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, about the Site or its content, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Descriptions of our services and products are general and are not an offer; the specifics of any project are set out in its written agreement.
07Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACED LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.
08Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless ACED LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Greene County, Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either of us from seeking an injunction or other equitable relief in any competent court.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
